A few months ago, my interest was sparked by some clients of mine to get a photo studio. Now, I am by no means a studio person, I believe that photos should be, and are best taken, in a natural and candid environment.

After doing some studio research, I decided that I could use a studio for some of my photography. But not all! I fell in love with a couple of places for rent, however, money and time does not allow the purchase at this time. So now, I am on a mission to start a home makeshift studio. I’m talking cheapest of the cheap lights, umbrellas, and any thing else I need to make a good studio shot.

I’ve found a couple of good websites that describe things to get and where to get them so I’ll start there. I have my camera and tripod, that’s #1. #2 will be lights…I think Home Depot is having a sale this week……..

Stay tuned for my first images coming soon!
